Registration

On-site registration

The on-site registration will be open

  • on Tuesday 17th Sept 11:00–17:00 (ground floor)
  • on Wednesday 18th Sept from 8:00 on (ground floor)
  • any time after that in the conference office (P022)

Registration for the whole conference (main program + satellite events)

Registration will be required for both active participants (presenters, incl. invited presenters in workshops, workshop organizers) and passive participants (without presentation). In the case of multiple authorship only those authors who actually take part in the conference will cover the fee. Every participant covers the fee only once, even if they are (co-)authors on multiple presentations. Covering the conference fee of workshop invited speakers is a responsibility of the workshop organizers.

The conference fee – early bird registration (until 15 August):

  • Regular fee: 1800 CZK (approx. 73 EUR)
  • Student fee: 1000 CZK (approx. 40 EUR)

The conference fee – late registration (between 16 August and 13 September):

  • Regular fee: 2000 CZK (approx. 80 EUR)
  • Student fee: 1200 CZK (approx. 48 EUR)

Participants from Charles University (Faculty of Arts and other faculties) will fill out the registration form, but will not pay the fee via the online payment platform, but rather via internal invoicing, at least if they have their fee covered by a grant/faculty source (more information was sent via email on 4 July). Participants from institutions other than Charles University will fill out the registration form and will cover the fee via the online payment platform. (We strongly recommend providing invoicing details at the platform.)
